Our terms
- We ask 50% deposit at booking and balance 1 month before your arrival date.

- The guest will give an amount of 3,000 euros (only in pre-authorization
with credit card, on the day of arrival) as a security deposit to cover damage
of the housing and furniture.
​
- It must avoid any noise likely to manage the neighbors, in particular those emitted
by radio, television and other apparatus.
​
- The guest will not be able to organize an event with noise (no DJ, no music)
neither during the day or the evening (parties prohibited)
​
- It will respect the maximum number of persons than can enter the premises, in accordance with
the contrat that has been given to it, not will even invite any outside person not included in the reservation
​
- Tourist tax: 2 euros / night / adult
